Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Zepto Advertising collects when you use zeptoadvertising.com, where it goes, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only.
In effect from 1 October 2026
What we collect
Everything we hold about you, you typed into the enquiry form. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.
The form asks for:
- Your name, work email and phone number
- Your company, and whether you are an agency booking for a client
- The ad formats you are interested in, your objective and how long you want to run
- Your budget range
- Where you want to reach people: pan-India, chosen cities, or chosen pin codes
- Anything else you choose to write in the notes field
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry with a media plan, and to contact you about it. That is the only purpose.
We do not sell your details, we do not share them with other advertisers, and we do not use them to build an audience or retarget you.
Where it goes
The form posts to a Google Apps Script endpoint we control. From there your enquiry is written to a Google Sheet and created as a lead in Zoho CRM, where our team works it.
That means two processors hold a copy: Google and Zoho. Both are bound by their own terms, and the Zoho account is on its India data centre. Nobody else receives the data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for three years from your last contact with us, because a media buyer who asked about a festive window often comes back the following year.
Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep an invoice or a tax record, in which case we keep only that record and only for as long as the law requires.
What this site does in your browser
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font network, so loading a page does not tell a third party that you visited.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over the data we hold about you. You can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold and who we have shared it with
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete it
- Withdraw consent, after which we stop contacting you
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot
Complaints
Write to sales@zeptoadvertising.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can take the complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or where it goes changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We do not make changes quietly.
