Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of zeptoadvertising.com and the media planning and buying we do through it. A booked campaign is also covered by the plan and the invoice for it, and where the two differ, the plan wins.

Who we are, and who we are not
Zepto Advertising plans and books advertising that runs on Zepto. We are a media planning and buying partner, and all inventory is booked through official channels.
Zepto and the Zepto logo are trademarks of their respective owner and are used here to describe the inventory we plan, not to suggest we own or operate it.
Rates on this site
Published rates are per unit and before GST, and they are the rates we were quoted on the date shown against them. Rates move with demand and with what inventory is left, so a published rate is the basis for a quote rather than a standing offer.
A price becomes firm when it is on a plan we have sent you and you have confirmed it in writing.
Impressions, reach and CTR figures
Impression and click-through figures on this site are the platform's published benchmarks for the whole placement. What your campaign delivers depends on how much of the placement you buy, on what is available for your dates, and on your creative.
We do not guarantee a CTR, a conversion rate or a sales outcome, and no figure on this site should be read as one.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when the plan is approved in writing and the inventory is held against dates. Fixed placements sell out, so a plan is not a hold until it is confirmed.
Creative has its own specification and its own approval path for each unit, and artwork is cleared before anything is scheduled. A full-day Masthead roadblock needs at least four creatives.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms, the schedule and the cancellation window are set out in the plan and the invoice for each campaign, because they differ by format and by how far ahead the inventory is committed. GST of 18% is added to every invoice.
Your creative
You keep every right in the artwork you supply, and you confirm you have the rights to use it, including for any people, music or footage in it.
We may show a campaign that has run as a case study on this site. Tell us not to and we will not.
What this site is
The rate card, the planner and the format pages are published so a buyer can qualify themselves before they call. They are information, not an offer capable of acceptance, and the planner's arithmetic is an estimate rather than a quote.
We keep this site accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that every figure is current at the moment you read it.
Liability
Where a campaign underdelivers against a confirmed plan for reasons within our control, our liability is limited to the value of the affected line of that campaign.
We are not liable for a platform outage, a change the platform makes to its own inventory, or a loss of profit or business that follows from either. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
